This page should address any questions you may have about the site.

How do I play your videos?
The buttons on the left side below every video player will take you to the different categories of videos contained on the site. Each category has different videos represented on the filmstrip. The filmstrip allows you to navigate through the various options.

To find a video, scroll through the images on the filmstrip. When you land on an image a description will appear within the cell of the strip. Click on that cell and the video will begin to play in the player.

If you'd like to find a specific video use the search bar on the home page or go to the Video Library, there you may sort the videos by date added and by the TRT (Total Run Time).

To return to the home page, click on the video button on the left side on the top navigation bar or at the footer navigation.

What the system requirements for WineInterview.com?
For PCs: Browser: Mozilla Firefox version 2.0 or higher, Internet Explorer 7
Must have Adobe Flash 8 or higher installed.
Javascript must be enabled.
IE may ask to activate Active X controls, to view the video you must enable these controls.
Internet connection of preferably a cable or DSL Modem with a speed of 1 Mbps (128KB/s) or higher.
Operating system: Windows 2000 or higher with latest updates installed.

For Macs: Browser: Mozilla Firefox 2.0 or higher, Safari 1.0 or higher, IE for mac is not recommended.
Must have Adobe Flash 8 or higher installed.
Javascript must be enabled.
Internet connection of preferable a cabel or DSL Modem with a speed of 1 Mbps (128KB/s) or higher.
Operating system: Mac OSX v10.3 or higher

TECHNICAL SUPPORT QUESTIONS

Can I download your video or post these videos to Myspace or other social networking websites?
No, currently we do not have permission to make this feature available for most of our videos.

I only have a dial-up modem, can I watch your videos without a broadband connection?
You must have patience to view Wine Interview videos with a dial-up connection. It is possible, but each video will need a significant amount of time to buffer before playback is possible.

How can I get the videos to work on my computer?
If your system meets the requirements listed above, the video should play immediately. If the video does not begin once the page has loaded, simply press "Play" and the video will start after a brief buffering delay. If you have trouble, please send an email to Technical Support.

I can see the picture but I can't hear the sound.
Check that the volume control is turned up on your computer. Our programs automatically start with sound on (you may adjust the volume via the volume sliding button on the lower right side of the video player). If you still don't have sound please send an e-mail to Technical Support.

How can you provide free video content?
The content on WineInterview.com is provided free on-line, 24/7. Our expenses are paid through sales in the marketplace, sponsorship and ad sales.

How can I become a sponsor or have my product featured in a video created by Wine Interview.com?

Wine Interview.com is the exclusive retail outlet for Wine Things Unlimited's full catalog. Wine Interview carries the complete catalogue of the Wine Things Unlimited merchandise. Wine Things Unlimited is based in Sonoma, CA as is WineInterview.com. Wine Interview is creating product videos to showcase the unique products distributed by Wine Things Unlimited.

Are you retailers? Do you sell wine?
We are not retailers and we do not sell wine. We have affiliate ecommerce sites who sell wine on our behalf with a commission returned to Wine Interview.

Can I upload videos to WineInterview.com?
Yes! Wine Interview will stream your wine video(s) with high speed, in HD (if your video is shot in HD) straight from the Wine Interview server! We accept winery promotional videos, wine related travelogues, videos about wine making, wacky wine videos and all other wine related films. You must own the rights to the video you are presenting. For your video to qualify for upload, we only accept .mov .mp4 .mpeg and .avi file formats with a file size no more than 1 Gigabyte. Any other files types will be rejected. We personally review all videos submitted to the website for approval and this process can take up to 24 hours Monday-Friday. Any video's submitted over the weekend may take more than 24 hours. You will be notified when your video has been reviewed.
